Conversion of a Shop Unit into a Studio Flat and Upgrade of the Flat Above

This project saw the careful upgrade of a two-level, three-bedroom flat above, followed by the transformation of a vacant ground-floor shop unit into a contemporary studio flat. The design thoughtfully blends traditional features with modern touches, creating comfortable, stylish, and functional living spaces.
